Love & Peace Melba.

Hello. I ordered Barry M's "Peach Melba" nail polish a couple of days ago and I received it soon after! also with that, I ordered a ring from Rings And Tings and that came Today. So I thought I'd do a quick review of them.

Peach Melba

I ordered this because I genuinely thought it was a not-too-in-your-face kind of colour. Then when I got it and put it on, I was actually quite shocked. It came out in the most beautiful colour I had ever seen. It's like a light pink and it's goes with the whole pastel theme for spring/summer this year.

Please do excuse the terrible photo. (There's another one coming, which is ... hopefully a bit better!) The peach Melba is used on all my fingers minus my ring finger, which is actually Barry M's "Pink Flamingo".

I put on at least 3 coats to get the full colour and although the bottle is very nearly finished now, it comes out really nice. I also used Barry M's base and topcoat and it most definitely helped stop chipping.

Double Finger Love Ring

I ordered this and thought that I'd have to return it straight away when I realized that this wasn't an adjustable ring. My sister Vanese ordered a pack of rings which came in 5 (I'm wearing two in the picture up top) and I tried them on because they're the same size as the ring I ordered and they didn't all completely fit me; but when I got my ring today, they did fit some fingers so I decided to just keep it (well and because it's just too beautiful to give back!)

I'm not saying that it'll fit everyone, but my fingers just about got there. So I'd say, be smart, check what size your fingers are and check what size you're ordering before you actually get down to business!

There's absolutely nothing I dislike about this ring (minus the size, but that's my fault!) I "love" everything about it ... great pun, right?!

Here are two pictures I took today of these beautiful products. I put two pictures because they each make both of the items look better in each one. The first one make the ring look very lovely. I think I like the fact the "o" is heart shaped and the font of "Love" on the ring. In the second picture the lighting shows what the colour looks like just a smidge better though. On my baby finger is the closest thing on a picture to the real thing.

My life in pictures & life update #1

I've always wanted to do one of these so I got some pictures that I've taken this week and edited them and collage-d them and boom, here they are.

  • The first picture is of Juliet's cake. It's beautiful and we all had a rather lovely time celebrating her 18th <3
  • STARBUCKS, me and Vanese went there today (for obvious reasons..!) and we'd never taken pictures with the big Starbucks sign, so we thought we'd better do that!
  • So everyone from the UK knows that today you could get a free latte (small of course!) before noon, so me and Vanese headed straight down in the middle of school to go grab ourselves one. It's awesome because they write your names on the cups!
  • When me and Vanese were walking back home from Juliet's party, we went past a "Kony" poster and I just had to take a picture of it. The fact that there's a poster around where I live really made me smile knowing that it's really getting around now.

Accessorize to Accessorize!

Hello there! So, I've come across a-hella-lot of jewelery today and I thought "Hey, I should blog about it!" hahaha, so here I am, doing exactly that!

Turquoise Sideways Cross Bracelet

I remember when I saw this for the first time, I very nearly passed out!
I think it's the most beautiful bracelet my eyes have ever seen.
It's simple, yet effective and I love that.

These beautiful cross bracelets come in a various amount of colours
 (as you can see underneath)

You can get these beauty's for £10 at Wired Jewellery and the sizes vary from XS - XL so there's a size for everyone!

Cosmic crystal triangle necklace

This is very beautiful to me. The colours are unique and the fact that it's crystal makes it just that little more attractive.

The necklace it self is £14.00 from Regal Rose and that is for an 18 inch, a 24 inch is £15.00 and a 32 inch is £16.00.

Bonnie Howlite Skull Long Necklace
I really love the skull faces on these necklaces, they're very different to a typical skull necklace. These necklaces are only available in Turquoise and Black for the price of £11.00 also at Regal Rose.

Quartz Bullet Necklace
Well, I for one am very attracted to this necklace and if I had one, I'd probably never take it off!
Most bullet necklaces have only 1 colour on the top and bottom, but what makes this one so special is that it's gold at the top and clear white crystal on the end.

This amazing necklace is £14.00 for a 20inch and £16.00 for a 30 inch at Wired Jewellery.
Grab one while you can, these necklaces will probably shoot out of stock!

Triangle Segment Ring
Now, I wouldn't mind having this beautiful, gold, segment ring on.
This triangle ring comes in Small, Medium and Large, so if you like it, you can go get yourself one from Topshop.
